caregiving information. This allows us to process your applications and billing more efficiently, and ultimately, to give you a higher caliber of customer service. These forms are provided as
a convenience to our visitors. They are by no means a necessary element to gain
access to employment or a services consultation.
The information provided in a
consultation request is kept to an absolute minimum, and used only to contact
the potential client and determine a possible need for our services. This can
be done anytime by calling the office at (330) 839-8800. The information is
stored by Home Helpers for a period of 60 days if the information does not
result in the submitter becoming a Home Helpers client, it is then destroyed.
The Home Helpers Employment
application form also voluntarily collects personal information. This
information is used to determine potential eligibility for employment within our
organization. Applications will be kept on file for 2 years. This is not an
indication of eligibility for employment during that time period, but rather the
national recommended time period to retain applications. Applications do not
have to be filled out on this site, it is a convenience. You may at your

By registering with our site billing center you
agree to receive emails regarding policy changes, billing issues, important
notices, scheduling issues and other information related to your services. You
are required to keep your billing information both up to date and accurate at
all times, this is your responsibility. At no time may you under law and policy
provide inaccurate billing information, credit card or account information which
is not yours personally or use anyone else's information to complete a
transaction of this website. Such actions above can result in account cessation
and possible legal implications.
Our newsletter is a double opt-in registration
system. You must first request to be signed up and then by email confirm
your request before you can be included in our newsletters. You may of
your own power login and cancel this registration at anytime.
